I would like to say a big warm welcome to all those people who are new to Savvy, we have had lots of new sign ups since lock down and I thought it would be helpful to give you some pointers on where to get started. Also, I want to say thank you to all our existing customers for your continued support and to remind you that Savvy are always by your side.

Firstly, if you are using Savvy and you need a helping hand, the quickest and easiest way to get a member of the team is to open HELP on the top right of the task bar, this will start a chat with a team member. Your message gets sent over to us immediately, so you get our attention fast!!

We want to make sure we offer the best support possible, so we have dedicated team members who are here to look after you. During lock down we increased our support hours to make sure we were available during the difficult times and we have decided to continue this level of support. You can reach out to us Monday to Friday 9am – 8pm. Saturday & Sunday 10am – 4pm.

Other ways to get in touch?
If you feel like you want to speak to a member of the team and discuss any problems or difficulties you are facing, then Savvy can offer 1:1 demos. These are available to everyone, not just new members. We are more than happy to set up screen sharing demos and show you how to use the software. We will answer all your questions during the meeting. You are very welcome to book a slot here.

Lastly, you are also very welcome to message via the Facebook page. We have communities for all Savvy products.
